Yes! You can import a spreadsheet with pre-populated file names to set up your board faster. For example, this can be your existing part numbering spreadsheet or one exported from your CAD system, ensuring a smooth and efficient setup process.
Figment follows industry standard best practices in order to ensure the highest level of security for your files with advanced encryption and secure access controls, so you can collaborate confidently.
All data is securely hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), a trusted and industry-leading platform. Figment does not retain a copy of your original CAD files, ensuring your designs remain private and under your control.
Figment securely deletes your original CAD file from our servers after processing to ensure your data is handled responsibly. However, if you wish to keep the original file, there’s an option in the settings to upload it directly to your monday.com board for future reference. This gives you full control over how your files are managed.
Figment operates on a monthly subscription model. Customers can choose from different tiers, each offering a set number of credits per month. Every successful file conversion uses one credit, ensuring you only pay for what you need.
If you run out of credits, you’ll be prompted to upgrade to a higher subscription tier for more credits or you can wait until your subscription renews, at which point your monthly credits will be replenished.
